TUBE LASER
High productivity Lasertube System ADIGE LT8.20. 3D fiber laser for processing pipes and open profiles with a laser beam.
Fully automatic bars loading process, cutting and unloading the processed parts, with the highest flexibility and productivity.
The Lasertube system can process the following profiles:
- ROUND shape: – 12 – 220 mm;
- SQUARE shape: 12 to 200 mm;
- RECTANGULAR and FLAT-OVAL shape inscribed in a circle of maximum 280 mm diameter with a minimum side of 20 mm and maximum side of 200 mm and maximum difference between sides of 152.4 mm;
- HEA 100,120,140,160; HEB 100,120,140; IPE 80,100,120,140,160,180,200;
- Flats: from 40 x 5 to 200 x 12 mm;
- C, U profiles: from 30 x 20 to 200 x 150 mm, inscribed in a circle of maximum 280 mm diameter;
- L profiles: from 30 x 20 to 150 x 150 mm or 200 x 120 mm;
We can manufacture parts with the following dimensions:
- Maximum detail length 8500 mm
- Maximum weight 40 kg/m.

PLASMA CUTTING
The machine is ESAB Combirex DX 3000
Plasma is directed via pressure and flow control to the cutting gas to ensure cutting quality.
Cutting area 2,500 x 6,000 mm
- Thickness of the material to be cut up to 50 mm.
- Maximum sheet size 2,500 x 6,000 mm
- Materials that can be cut: steel, aluminium, stainless steel
